The Lord of Nightmares lounged, one arm propping up her head with an elbow. This in and of itself was not odd, what was jarring was the fact that nothing was propping up the elbow. But, such things do not matter for a being of such power and presence as L-Sama. Indeed, she had a far more pressing concern.
She was bored.
She'd been watching her favorite world, that of Lina Inverse, when suddenly, it had ceased being entertaining, all the chaos and action that occurred around Lina had suddenly become formulaic, repetitive, that... and almost all her threats were gone. She floated there, contemplating how to rectify the situation.
Suddenly, she had it, she'd do something like she did with Darkstar's world, work things around, make it different. She could work some things around, perhaps even grant some of their desires while she was at it, though they wouldn't realize they'd had those desires in the first place.
Pulling up her sleeves, she got to work, changing the Slayers Universe, in which Lina finds...
