Scroll Saga: Scroll Saga Revealed [Episode 160737]

by Master Roy

Usagi, Rei, Ami, Makoto, Minako and Chibi-usa sat down at a table as they ate their food. The girls all stood up as suddenly, the mall went pitch black. There were some screaming as people panicked, and the girls all looked around. Unfortunately, it was pitch black, and they were only on the fifth floor. There was absolutely no electricity in the building.

"Would anyone mind telling me what's going on?" Usagi asked."Did I miss something?"

"I dunno," Chibi-usa said from beside her. Rei rolled her eyes.

"It's obviously a black out of some sort."

"You mean..."

Rei found herself nodding before she realized no one could see it. "They're probably just getting things back on track,"

By now, most of the crowds had calmed down, although there was a lone child crying in the background.

"We do need to get out of here, though. Anything could happen," That was when out of nowhere, a purple smoke started filling the room. The senshi braced themselves for what happened next.

A blue woman rose out of the ground. This was strange, considering they were on the 5th floor and she had to have passed through several other floors to get to that one. The purple smoke started swirling around her as she looked around then she started floating upwards to the next floor. What they noticed next surprised them even more; the room temperature was rapidly decreasing. "We need to follow her," Ami said. "She could possibly be the source for this blackout." The girls felt around the building until they came to the staircase. It wasn't that hard to find, and they'd been holding hands to keep from losing each other.

"I think she's going up to the roof,"

She said. They all went upstairs and found that it was as cold as the other rooms. When they finally made it to the roof, a strange sight greeted them. The woman was holding up large man, twice her size with one hand, seemingly effortlessly. The girls had to gasp at this.

"You worthless mortal," the woman spat. "I've had enough of you and your blunders," The man struggled weakly, but her grip only tightened.

"Please, Aiko-Sama...Forgive me! I did not consider that my daughter would...inter...fere..." His last words were harder to say, as she held his windpipe shut.

"Of course you didn't. You never thought of anything but yourself and your own greed. What you could get from me or Morgan," the man's face was changing colors, and she relaxed her grip. She finally noticed the senshi and turned to face them. She casually tossed the man behind her and he screamed as he fell to his death. "You," She said. "I don't have time for you tonight." There was a flash of bright blue light as reality was distorted. But as soon as it began, it was over, and there was a large Icicle in her place. The senshi looked around and realized something.

Tokyo, in it's entirety was black. There were no lights anywhere, and the moon was new. Blackness stretched as far around them as possible, with the only light being from the stars. And even then, it wasn't enough to see past a few meters.

In Nerima, the Tendo Dojo sported several lit candles. Ranma had led the group there with a chi ball as a light source, and they were all staying there on a futon. Ranma himself was sitting near the entrance of the dojo in order to protect the girls should the need arise. He was dozing off, however, in that state of mid-sleep where you weren't quite aware of what was going on around you, but any sudden noise would make you react.

The lights chose that precise moment to comeback on.

Ranma was already up and in a defensive stance before he realized what had happened. "Guess it's over," They all went back into the house for more comfortable bedding.

The next day, Ranma took another look at the scroll. He still wanted to read the tips and pointers that the writer had left behind..That was when he finally noticed the back of the scroll. There was something strange about it...it was faded, but he was sure he could make out a map...Maybe these were the locations of the other scrolls? a small legend revealed that these were indeed the locations of the scrolls, and of something called a "Dragon Radar", although "Dragon" was scratched out and replaced with "Chaos"...
