"She... She... Won..." Evangeline stuttered in shock as a cold shiver ran up her spine. Turning slowly, she sees the annoying face of 'Sanders' grinning with abandon and lifting THAT.
"No... You can't make me!" The girl-vampire said, back-peddling as she tried to get some distance between herself and... THAT.
Sanders merely grinned wider and said, "A bet's a bet..."
As Asuna sat on a bench waiting for the next round to begin, she wracked her brain for whatever it was that she forgot. She knew that she had forgotten some things in her past when she was younger, and she had some hint that it had something to do with either Negi or his father, but this latest memory... something about it just tugged at her.
So intent on her musing that she didn't hear her name being called. It wasn't until Negi shook her slightly that she snapped out of reverie and looked around.
"Asuna! Your match is starting!" Negi said as he looked worriedly at her. "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine! I'm fine!" Asuna quickly said and stood up. She then froze when she got a good look at her opponent. "On second thought, maybe something IS wrong with me. Is that Evangeline cosplaying?!"
After they managed to calm Asuna down from her laughing fit (leaving Evangeline to fume for two minutes), the match finally seemed to start. "And now, a match between classmates! In one corner, we have Asuna Kagurazaka! In the other, Evangeline McDowell!"
Asuna managed to suppress most of her snickers, but the vampire twitched at every single one that showed on her face. "You, are going to suffer a horrible, horrible death." Evangeline promised darkly as she hid her embarrassment under a wave of anger. It would have been quite intimidating... if it wasn't for the swimsuit and glasses that she was wearing.
"Hehehe... I'm sorry..." Asuna tried to apologize, but with the added (cute) threat, she could hold her snickers in any longer, thus making Evangeline even angrier.
"Youuuu...!!!" The vampire angrily sputtered, but was interrupted by Kazami announcing the start of the fight.
