"Not quite," said Mercury. "It appears to be a modern period. If it weren't for the differences in magical energies, and a few other details such as our never having been born to this world, I would think it was our home universe."
"Except that that got blowed up," pointed out Venus.
"notmyfault," insisted the curled-up Pluto.
"So what can we tell about this universe?" asked Uranus.
"I'll have to scan some more," said Mercury. "The problem is that we only have a few hours left of this area being stable. When it finally degrades, there's no telling where we'd end up. We could be scattered across the planet."
"Then there's just one thing to do," said Uranus, stepping rapidly across the wispy barrier and vanishing. Neptune followed a heartbeat later.
"notmyfault," said Pluto.
"Scanning," said Sailor Mercury. She'd be able to tell more now, just from how the two were affected. She couldn't really blame them though - it wasn't as if there were a lot of choices.
