Sailor Pluto knew she'd borrowed a page from a guy named Zack, and had gathered these women (and Ranma) by a variety of means. Many were fighters who'd come due to challenges or news of a contest of fighting. Some had come due to "winning a contest" with a paid vacation here.

Some of these women were nothing special, in and of themselves. It was who they were fated to meet or interact with that would have made them a problem down the road. There were a couple of young girls here whose only sin was that they might eventually have given birth to someone who would become a problem.

There were women whose sole motivation was money - they'd been hired to provide piloting services or operate the hotel and facilities on the isle. Of course, these very women were those who might eventually have met other people and caused ripples that would cause problems. That had just been killing two birds with one stone.

Sailor Pluto searched, trying to find the Senshi. However this was not a needle in a haystack. It was more like finding a particular group of needles in a pile of other needles. Once she thought she had located Ami only to find out that it was a bath attendent she'd hired for the purpose of providing cover.

Women. Except for Ranma they were all women, girls, young ladies of all sorts. Not that that meant they wouldn't be targets, as Sailor Pluto well knew that most of the Senshi opponents were of the female persuasion themselves.

There - a plane coming closer. A quick glance revealed Mamoru and a few other guys, all with connection to one or more of the girls on the island. Would it reach the airspace before the timeslip went off or would they miss that window of opportunity? Pluto wasn't sure, and she could only spare an instant's inattention before she was back to the task of -

THERE! Usagi's hairstyle bobbing through a circle formed around two girls who were fighting. Now all she had to do was -
FLASH!
Sailor Pluto shielded her eyes, knowing now that despite being the Senshi of Time - she was too late.
