Now, young miss, make a Wish.
She wanted her loved ones back, together, like they should.
She wanted the World to be like what it had before.
And she wanted...she wanted...
She thought of her past self, then, before. Before Luna, that is.
If there was any way of showing her what she knew now...
And the Crystal glows bright, against the Freezing Dark winds.
She wanted her loved ones back, together, like they should
It "remade" her body first, as she was the one linked to it, and she herself was included in the "together", as far as it could tell.
Energy was limited, but it could do that.
It then made a safe haven for her "loved ones" - Tall, tall Crystals raising into the dark - and teleported them all there, healing them if they were still alive and remaking their bodies if they weren't. Not so difficult, with access to their Starseeds and plain pure power. Dark haired man, four special friends and camarades, two not-really-cats, family, other friends, friends and family of friends and family...
Of which there really wasn't much, all things considered, but there was still enough for that.
She wanted the World to be like what it had before.
There just wasn't enough energy for that. The best that could be done was to teleport all the survivors - human, otherwise, and as many living things that would fit - into a "statis" type "storage space" it set up in the Crystal City.
They could be revived, perhaps. Eventually.
As the World could be, perhaps. Eventually.
But not now.
She thought of her past self, then, before. Before Luna, that is.
If there was any way of showing her what she knew now...
Now, this...
That...wouldn't take all that much energy, actually...
And a energy-arrow flew...back and back and back. And back.
And amoung the multitude of splitting timelines - a new blossoming was born...
Not that the Girl Who Would Be Queen saw that. She slept, still.
She awoke in a City of glowing Crystal, her to-be husband at her left, her friends scattered across the room. Artemis and Luna were a ummoving kitty-huddle, those they still breathed.
The Silver Crystal had been maxed out, for lack of a better word, it seemed. The Golden Crystal was in scracely better shape.
They could and would gather energy again, of course, but it would take a very long time.
...And there was an Enemy out there. More then one, probably. She felt it in the wind.
She didn't cry. Not then.
Tsukino Usagi rolled over in her sleep, like she'd been shot.
She was fourteen years old.
