Alright, now, what to do?
What she really wanted to do was call Ami-chan and have her scan the place, and also ask Rei-chan for a fire-reading and such. Or just have everybody look at the place in a group, cats, Mamo-chan and all.
Though considering how thoroughly within the place - not to mention the little girl and her father - were being "cloaked", just how useful that would be was rather problematical.
And she'd better have some kind of semi-plausible excuse for even noticing that particular house and occupants in the first place, hadn't she?
Hmmmmm. Maybe she'd better try to figure out things on her own, first. As much as possible, anyway.
Impulsively, she tried "calling" Pluto again. No, nothing, nada. Though she did exist, someplace withen calling distance, Usagi could "feel" that much...
Uranus and Neptune...Hmmm. Trying to talk to them might be a possible way to get info too, but - Usagi groaned, remembering the "Princess vs the Outers" debacle from a different future. Errrm. No, let's go over that bridge when we have to, alright?
Alright, so was there anybody she could talk to at all? She sighed, then. When she'd been little, her mother had been Goddess, and could solve all her problems...
Wait. Mother.
Like her, well, Queen Mother from a former life?
Hmmmmmmmmm.
Well, alright, she did know that projection of the last Queen of the Moon wasn't really her ex-Mother, just some kind of strong "shadow" or "mind imprint", but still...
She ought to be able to tell her something, right?
Alright, she had to find a reasonably quiet place, now...
A couple of minutes later, sitting in a park bench, Usagi tried to contact the "shadow" of her former Mother.
Only to discover that the "shadow" seemed to be in "sleep mode" for now, since there was nobody at the ruins of the Moon Palace.
.....Daaaaaamn.
