Unfortunately there were two individuals who frequented the Tendo Dojo who hadn't been processed; and while other people were apt to barge in uninvited, these two behaved as if they lived there.
One was Happosai, but as he had just left for another trip, it was unlikely that he'd return in the near future. The other was the little black pig which had just wandered in.
Since several of the people living at the dojo had no idea that he was an outsider, they wouldn't realize they were circumventing Ranma's injunctions against exposing their perverse predilections.
For this reason, Ranma didn't wait to tease the piglet or try to confront Ryouga in human form, but struck from ambush when no one was looking. And after carrying him and some hot water to a place of concealment, restored Ryouga.
Without even bothering to get him dressed, or even bring him back to consciousness, Ranma started his hypnotic effect, so that Ryouga transitioned from unconscious to trance without realizing he had become aware of the outside world.
The first thing Ranma did was to add to Ryouga the controls common to all of the other residents. Things like the inability to clearly tell Akane about missing clothes, for example. Also Ranma gave Ryouga the aversion of letting outsiders know, or the ability to remember anything that might mitigate the effects.
After making sure that Ryouga wouldn't spoil anything already set up, he proceeded to craft a kink for the lost boy. One of the things that had really bugged Ranma was the way people, especially Akane, classified Ryouga as a gentleman and Ranma as a pervert.
Even before Ranma had received his curse, the sight of a naked woman didn't make Ranma faint or nose-bleed. Ranma was a late developer, and while he could appreciate the sight of a pretty girl without her clothes, he could also ignore her. At the time of the curse, the sight of a nude woman would have caused Ranma to pay attention mostly due to almost scientific interest in what the differences were, rather than prurient interest.
And with the gaining of his own female body, even that interest was diminished. For a while he was curious to see if his body was typical, but with the number of embarrassing situations he'd been in, that interest had also been satisfied.
Ranma could act naturally, aside from his fear of retribution, within a crowd of nude females. The early stirrings of sexual attraction could be ignored, quite easily if there was a danger or a fight present. On the other hand, if Ryouga saw a hint too much cleavage, all the blood ran to one of his two heads, usually resulting in a nosebleed.
Yet people called Ryouga a model of decency and Ranma a pervert. Since it was the world's perception of Ryouga that offended Ranma, it seemed obvious that he should have different responses depending on the form he wore.
Whenever Ryouga was a piglet, and in a place he associated with Akane, and either relaxed or happy, Ryouga would be unable to control his bladder. From now on, when sleeping in Akane's bed, or held in her cleavage, P-chan would "mark his territory."
That should scupper the image he had as the perfect pet. And because it was linked to Akane, Kasumi wouldn't have to suffer overly much from Ryouga's lack of toilet training.
However when human, Ryouga's hands would, without Ryouga's conscious awareness, seek out any female buttocks within easy reach, cup one in his hand, and give it a light squeeze. All without him being aware he ever did it. Even if his wrist were grabbed while he was doing it, he could honestly deny he did it.
Ryouga might occasionally be given the benefit of the doubt, but he would definitely soon discover the sensation of being beaten up without understanding what he'd done wrong. A sensation Ranma knew too well.
Ranma did his best to tie Ryouga's goosing urge to his sense of aesthetics. Even though female, a prepubescent girl with a boyish figure should be safe from him. And his hands shouldn't search through baggy clothes after a supposed bum. But if a woman were wearing tight jeans, she'd be a tempting target, and if she bent over for some reason, the temptation would be nigh irresistible.
Who knows? With the tight clothes Shampoo wore, Ryouga might distract the Amazon contingent from Ranma. Mousse couldn't let such behavior pass unpunished, and depending on what happened, Shampoo would either consider him a target of opportunity, or a potential husband.
