The robot girl seemed to mull that over in her mind. "'Roll'?"
"Yeah."
"Why call me that?"
"Ya don't wanna have me call you that?"
"Oh, no! It's not that! I'm just, you know, wondering about it," the pretty robot girl told him.
"Ohhh.... Well, ya see... it was the first thing that came to me."
"The 'first thing'?"
"Yup. I tried to figure out somethin' that'd fit together, and since 'rock and roll' seems ta fit us, since ya are always 'round me...."
"I understand! Then that makes for it to be a better reason for me to love it!"
"Huh?"
She clasped her hands together and gave a bright smile. "I'm the first one to get a name from a human in such a long time!"
"It's really that special?"
"Of course! You have to remember that none of us have been around humans for so very long that we've been lost."
"Couldn't you have... done your own things?"
"We mainly have, but we've mainly had a great relationship with humans. It's like getting someone you really miss to come back again."
"I see...." he replied, not sure if he totally understood what she was saying. But he did recognize that she really felt it, so it was okay in his book. After all, it wasn't him who had to exactly feel what was being felt by a robot girl who looked like a:
