What came out was - FWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH! and a cone of flame.
Ranma blinked, startled, and stopped himself. Then he stared at the blackened, smoking landscape, the charred bamboo poles, the smouldering and singed panda...
"(Cool)," said Ranma, though it came out as a neigh.
Genma blinked a few times, then slowly keeled over. THUD!
"Sir is done, Guide hopes," said the Guide. "Well, at least sir has way of heating water easy if sir learns to control flame. Otherwise Guide think would melt teapot."
Ranma nodded. Yeah, that made sense. He'd have to learn this as he was stuck with it. Speaking of which, since his dumb stupid father had done this to him...
"Squirtle! Squirt!" SPLOOOSH! went a former frog.
"WHERE THE HELL AM I NOW?!" yelled a now-dripping and still-lost boy. "And why are there all these weird creatures running around?"
"GrumPIG," said something that used to be a bird.
"I am NOT," yelled Ryoga. "I'm just a little aggravated."
"(I don't understand this,)" said Shampoo.
"(I'm rather surprised myself,)" confessed Cologne.
They continued to watch the waddling pitcher plant moving around the village in an odd manner.
Had Cologne realized that something without the proper legs to do so was trying to hop and crawl like a frog, she might have put the requisite clues together.
