The basis of the make-up had softened her body overall, giving her a gentle cute look. In place of her years of callouses and scars gained in practicing her art, she had received soft smooth skin.
The outfit had been that of a small maid outfit, designed to be both functional and revealing. Black satin material, large ruffles, decorative piping and a large bow in the small of her back set the mood of the ensemble. Her make-up had somehow changed even her expression, as she now found it difficult to have anything but a gentle smile on her face.
Further worsening her situation, her personality had been subtly altered, a fact she was well aware of. She now found it difficult to be angry, instead driven to make others happy. It wasn't an overwhelming change, but where the actions of a pervert would have earned him an angry pounding, now she could only work up a cute ineffectual frown, and her defense of her modesty lacked its former passion.
In turn, she'd gained quite a few sexual compulsions, again not enough to control her, but bad enough that she found herself unwillingly enjoying sex, even when being openly used. It was the changes to Kasumi worried Akane the most.
Her sweet innocent big sister had received the 'Lolita' make-over. Now Kasumi stood little over four feet tall, leaving the now petite sister face high to Akane's now considerable cleavage. The disturbing part to Akane was what they obviously had intended for Kasumi. The reason they chose the eldest sister was even worse, as at age nineteen and past the growth of puberty, Kasumi would apparently be that way forever. In a way, Kasumi reminded Akane of Genkai from Yuyu Hakusho, allowing her to easily imagine what it might be like for her growing up, or rather not growing up.
Kasumi's reaction had been unexpected as well. Instead of being creeped out at being turned into a Lolita sex-slave, Kasumi was fretting about finding a husband and being a proper wife. To Kasumi apparently being required to use a step stool once again to cook in the kitchen and possibly for the rest of her life had unsettled the former big-sister.
In an odd twist, Akane was worried about Kasumi getting involved with a perverse man, and Kasumi was worried about finding a man.
