The First World War, also known as ‘The Great War’ and ‘The War to End All Wars’, was a global military conflict that started on June 28, 1914, when a man named Gavrilo Princip assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the heir to the Austrian throne, in Sarajevo. Princip was a member of Young Bosnia, a group whose aims included the unification of the South Slavs and independence from Austria that was founded by the Black Hand.
The Black Hand was a secret society founded in Serbia in May 1911 as part of the Pan-Slavism nationalist movement, with the intention of uniting all of the territories containing Serb populations, (notably Bosnia and Herzegovina, annexed by Austria-Hungary in October 1908).
But what caused the backlash was HOW the assassination, or more accurately, homicide, happened. Rushing up to Franz Ferdinand’s automobile, Princip took out a sphere of black and gold. Tossing it forward with a cry of, “Blitz-Maus! Ich wähle Sie!” the metallic sphere opened to reveal a small yellow rodent, with great electric might.
Just one large lightning bolt crashing down from the sky was enough to electrocute and fry the target, Archduke Franz Ferdinand beyond recognition... as well, as his wife, the driver, Princip, the guards, and most everyone in a fifty-meter radius, and causing great paralysis for another one-hundred meters thereafter.
No less than two days later, there was a live radio cast was played by Austria-Hungry Officials, as well as photos distributed. That yellow electrical mouse, which had destroyed itself, the Archduke, and many innocents in its attack on the Heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, was in actuality stolen property! It was a joint project of Austria-Hungry and Germany, to be the ultimate Biological Weapon. The “Tasche Monster” or “Pocket Monster”. And the fact that rebels were now stealing and using their own projects for such horrors was cause for WAR!
Throwing their cards down onto the table, Germany and Austria-Hungary revealed that there was more than just a yellow rat. There was a WHILE UNIT of “Tacshe Monster Zahmer”, Trainers who specialized in keep and effectively using these Tacshe Monsters. Blitz Maus, a yellow mouse with the power of electricity and could generate lightning from the Heavens. Wasser Eichhörnchen-Schildkröte, (or WES) a hydro-attacking armored creature, whom thanks to genetic splicing of a squirrel, was now much faster than just it’s turtle base genetics. Loderndes Salamander, a bright red lizard with a flame on the end of its tail which could generate greater heat and fire than any known natural source at the time. Birne Sauraus, a small dinosaur-looking creature which seemed more akin to a toad, which had a great affinity to nature.
With their “Tasche Kugel” or “Pocket Balls” to contain the creatures during off-time and for transportation, it was made obvious that the Tacshe Monster Zahmers would have control over their weapons. And worse, with the thinly veiled promise that these creatures could, and would EVOLVE and become stronger over time... the ploy which was meant to coy the world, actually sparked outrage... and war
For Tesla, it was now obvious that Rutger Langevin now had a part in the Black Hand AND was somewhere high up in Austrian-Hungary’s or Germany’s Government. Langevin was playing both sides for war. But to what end, even Tesla didn’t understand at the time. The assassination in Sarajevo set into motion a series of fast-moving events that escalated into a full-scale war between the Allied Powers, led by Britain, France, Russia, and later also Italy and the United States, defeated the Central Powers, led by Germany, Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire.
