The man in the sunglasses watched the footage of a mad Kuno Tatewaki as he rained thunder all over. And when he heard Kuno speak his name, he said, "Are you sure?"
"It is Kuno Tatewaki sir. Apparently his Oni genes which he inherited from his mother is manifesting, and more powerful than even a pure alien Oni."
"Hmmm... should we contact his mother?"
"She's busy elsewhere sir. Keeping the scum of the universe in check isn't an easy job sir."
"Understood."
"What now sir?"
"Contact the HQ in New York. We are going to need their best agents to capture and contain him, before someone out there also recognizes the fact he is an alien Oni, and think this is a pretext to an all out Oni invasion."
"Prevent any possible intergalactic incident?"
"As usual as our wont."
"Sir.... we have reports in Japan of a madman throwing thunder around."
"Interesting, is his names in the records of known... Homo Superior?"
"Not at all sir. He could have been missed."
"Is that so? In any case this is the perfect time. Send the prototypes against him."
"Yes sir."
"Sir... the prime minister of Japan requires our immediate assistance in dealing with him."
"Tell him that help is along a way. He is going to be designated a terrorist threat to the United States of America."
"Covert help, I assume?"
"Of course. Can't let the world know that America still has people like Sam Fisher or Solid Snake in the fields,"
