"He fainted," noted Nabiki.

"HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMPH!" indicated Akane, still bound.

"Definitely unconscious," said Kasumi, examining him.

"I think when you put your hand in his pants it just became too much for him," drily remarked Nabiki.

"Oh, what a disappointment," said Kasumi.

"HMMMMMMMMMMMMMPH!" protested Akane.

"Oh well, might as well finish getting things ready for tonight," said Nabiki, ignoring the buzzing sounds from Akane's vicinity as well as the way her sister's thrashing had her slowly revolving in her ropes.

"MMMMPH MMMPPH!" indicated Akane through her gag.

"Oh dear," said Kasumi. "I'll have to make Master comfortable, I suppose."

"MMMMMMMMMMRR!" said a wild-eyed Akane as she turned around to face Kasumi again.

Kasumi sighed. Akane had to be punished of course. It was just that this was SO disappointing.

Hiroshi smiled weakly. "Well, I kinda bought this girl..."

"Weren't you going to tell me?" asked Daisuke, surprised his friend had kept that back.

"I'm kinda concerned about paying back all that money," confessed Hiroshi.

"So you couldn't get Nabiki or Akane and you got someone else?" asked Daisuke. "Impulse buying at a slave market. That could be a problem. Got a picture?"

"Well, yeah," said Hiroshi, pulling a manilla folder out of his schoolbag.

Daisuke looked over the picture, then the attached paperwork. "Oh man, this could be a problem just in itself."

Hiroshi nodded, staring off at some point only he could see. "She's been 'adjusted' due to the crime, and she wasn't THAT expensive. I've still got some of the money I was loaned I can use to make payments. Though the interest rate..."

"A 'crime', oh," said Daisuke, checking. Yes, here it was. Criminal activity and later hostility had resulted in personality modification. That could be bad though. Here it was, it appeared that:

• This girl named Camille White had participated in an underground streetfighting (which had been raided for operation without a permit and appropriate bribes) and had, during the raid, apparently beaten some foreign citizen named Vega nearly to death?!
• some girl named Excel for... arson (two counts), improper use of explosives (six counts), assault (thirty-seven counts), public indecency (two counts), use of a firearm in a crowded street (nineteen counts), operating a vehicle without a license (two counts), assaulting a police officer (five counts), public endangerment (eighty seven counts)?!
• Tsubasa Kurenai for... crossdressing without a permit and public indecency?!
• Shampoo, destruction of property. Oh, seems that he can only get to the fun parts if he manages to defeat her in martial arts. That explains why Hiroshi has those bruises.
• something else
