"Yes, Pinky, if someone manages to destroy the world, it would be difficult for us to rule it," said the Brain, mainly occupied with his message. "Setting out to conquer a lifeless husk just doesn't have the same ring to it."
"But doesn't that make us, well," said Pinky with hesitation, "part of the good guys?"
The Brain stopped and regarded Pinky evenly. "Don't be insulting. At best we fill the role of anti-heroes. Honorable Adversaries perhaps."
"I don't get it," said Pinky.
"How many villains have recurred against the Sailor Senshi and assorted opponents year after year?" asked the Brain, turning his attention to the screen again.
"Uhm, I don't know," confessed Pinky.
"None," answered Brain. "They employ a certain admirable ruthlessness in that their enemies are reduced to dust on the wind. Hereby in my e-mail I set us up as sometimes-allies sometimes-opponents, exploiting an opening that we can get some serious mileage out of."
Pinky gasped. "You don't mean?!"
Brain chuckled evilly. "Tie in candies. Cheese snacks. Action figures. Plushies. We can take our proceeds and then finance our world-taking attempts!"
"Or at least get a better quality of mouse pellets," said Pinky thoughtfully. "Brain! That's GENIUS! NARF!"
"Thank you, Pinky, for stating the obvious," said the Brain, sounding pleased nonetheless. "There we go. One message to the individual whom my intellect has pointed out as the most likely to be a Sailor Senshi in her civilian guise. Honestly, don't they even consider changing their hairstyle when they're superheroing?"
"I don't think you're supposed to notice things like that, Brain," offered Pinky.
"Whatever the case," said the Brain, going to the printer. "Now all we need do is put this in the mail to:"
