His problem was the reaction that one Tatewaki Kuno would give if he saw his girl side appear as a samurai.
Not that Ranma-chan had much of a choice at the moment, as people were in trouble at the moment, so she had to do something. That wasn't to say that she liked the outfit either, as it was only remotely related to the original concept of a samurai. But then, as it was a magical girl transformation, it wasn't exactly designed to be the most... historically accurate outfit around.
It had chest armor where the leather strips were placed so as to mould to her breasts and all but indicate a 'heart' shape along the tops of her cleavage. The shoulder guards were fine, but the ones over her hips and thighs were actually made to be a skirt, with her bare legs showing from 'skirt hem' to the tops of her shin guards. Proper footwear was on her feet... though in a soft and flimsy looking version. Luckily, she did get gloves and arm guards, though her upper arms were bare. And on her head was both a helmet and a headband, both with a sakura blossom emblem on them.
About the best thing about it was that she had a daisho strapped to her hip, and a naginata in her hand. Having something to fight with seemed like a good idea, and given what had already popped up, she was happy to have more reach, since that would mean that she would gain precious seconds to get away from those jerks if something came up.
She was now 'Magical Samurai Guardian Meiyo', and as much as she'd prefer to not have to deal with a lot of the issues that this could bring up, she understood that she had to do it. It was up to her, and if she didn't take care of it... she would get involved anyway. As it was, Akane and several other girls had already been caught up in it, and she didn't want to have to leave it to someone else, who might be an individual who'd make it worse.
So, she headed out, ready to do battle, and take her frustration and embarrassment out on the principal's mess, while:
