Ranma's New Day: Weapons of the samurai. [Episode 169346]

Meiyo was samurai. She dismissed her naginata and summoned her yumi (longbow).

"The right tools for each job, the right weapon for each situation," said Meiyo, fitting an arrow into place. "Against legions of darkness - arrows of light!"

She drew and fired, and the next arrow was fitted before the first had passed three hand lengths from the bow. Each arrow became a streak of white fire and struck a lobster. Each lobster went down, steaming holes indicating where it had been pierced before it exploded in bursts of white jelly.

Dismissing the bow, she leapt to the ground, keeping an eye on the globs of white jelly as they gathered together.

Not everyone had fled. There were a few boys and girls who had stuck around, the girls nearly naked.

The ones who had not stripped were here also.

Meiyo looked into Akane's eyes, as near as she could tell the only part unchanged. Even her legs, which had been kicking around a few moments ago, were covered in bark and altering. Akane's mouth was still open, a nearly perfect "O" shape that revealed that her tongue was discolored but apparently there. She tried to say something, but with her throat altered and her mouth open like that - it wasn't understandable.

Meiyo counted thirty new palm trees in the school yard. She wondered if they would become true trees of that type eventually. As it was, with their breasts and a few other parts looking almost normal if bark-colored - they would at least be easy to tell from the other trees. Though keeping Happosai off might be a problem.

One of the problems was that she was samurai. She was a warrior. She could chop a tree down but she had no way of turning them back into people.

The trees were small yet, she could see if they could be transplanted.

Meiyo spotted something then -
