The two mixed together and Ranma couldn't help but wonder WHY 'Sailor'.
Kasumi, in their brief moment of contact soul-to-soul, mind-to-mind, came up with an idea herself.
Which was why Sailor Prime created the first non-Sailor Senshi. Up until then, Alenia hadn't been able to "think outside the box" or sailor costume in this case. Once Ranma supplied other sorts of 'uniforms' and because they WERE Sailor Prime and because Kasumi had a strong image of an outfit she would have preferred...
The skirt fell down around her knees, the light blue dress being complimented by a white apron with puffy shoulders and a large bow in the back. Her little white cap matched the apron and her little ornamental wings quite nicely. Her shoes had a slight heel which was not very functional but Kasumi WAS a girl and liked looking nice.
To Anaria Alenia, the older half of Sailor Prime, it looked terribly wrong as it was NOT a Sailor uniform. To Ranma, it looked wrong because it was KASUMI wearing something that had thigh-high white stockings even if you couldn't see above the knee with that skirt, whose curves were shown by the tightly cinched white apron framing those curves.
Kasumi might not have been familiar with the Sailor Senshi, but she HAD read a few things in the general genre. She knew what was required.
"Oh dear, monsters shouldn't intrude at school. In the name of good scholastics, I will have to admonish you! "
Ranma didn't know astronomy, or that Anaria had selected the energies of the star LBV 1806-20 - a very energetic star with a powerful solar wind to bind to Kasumi's "starseed" and serve as the empowerment. Right now, in fact, he was mainly aware of how EXHAUSTING that had been. There was little more that he wanted to do other than take a nap, but he forced himself awake to watch as Kasumi reached for her magic to unleash it as:
