The light spread over the entire world, and those touched by it changed. It did not affect the animals or plants. It only affected sentient male and female species.
When the light was over, every sentient male and female had been turned into a... dickgirl. Yes, a dickgirl. Everyone had been turned into a cute, 14 year old, healthy, ready, and naked dickgirl. And they were given intelligence, knowledge, and a very active libido. There were no more males and females, only dickgirls remained on the world forevermore now.
Every nation went into panic at suddenly being turned into cute, 14 year old, healthy, ready, and naked dickgirls. There was chaos, riots, fights, mobs, and... orgies. Lots and lots of orgies occurred too.

"Oh my god!" he screamed. "I'm a girl, but it's still there! And it's gotten bigger too! My curse has gone crazy! I gotta find Cologne and get cured! AHHHHH! And I'm naked!"

In the wilderness, Ryoga Hibiki had been resigned to turn into a pig when he saw the rain start coming down from the dark clouds. Suddenly, there was a flash of light. Ryoga Hibiki changed, but not to pig.
"Huh?" mumbled Ryoga. "I can still walk upright, and it's raining now? Am I cured?"
A quick inspection revealed that he was still human, but then Ryoga noticed he was a she. "ARRRGGGHHH! I'm a girl now! What! And I'm naked!" Ryoga shouted after seeing her chest. Then she felt between her legs. And blinked. She felt some more quickly. "Oh my god!" shouted Ryoga. "I'm not a girl! I'm a dickgirl! AHHHHHHH! CURSE YOU RANMA, THIS IS YOUR FAULT!"
Ryoga's hand continued to feel around, and after a while of crying over her new status, Ryoga noticed what her hand was doing.
"KAMI-SAMA!" declared Ryoga. "That feels goooood! Maybe I should continue this right now!" she moaned in ecstasy.

Usagi Tsukino was running around in a panic. "Ohmygod!" she declared. "I'vebeenturnedintoadickgirl! OhwhatamIgonnadonow!? HowamI goingtoexplainthistomyparents!? ItmustbeaDarkKingdomtrick! OhJadeite isgoingtopayforthis! I'vegottofindLuna! Maybeshewillknowwhattodo!"

"But Ayeka." said Ryoko. "You've got that new equipment. Don't you want to try it out?"
Ayeka backed nervously away from the naked, purring, and amorous Ryoko. "RYOKO! Come to your senses now! Something has changed us, we must find out what!"
In a corner, Tenchi was huddled into a ball, and mumbling quietly to herself now "Let this all be a dream, yeah." over and over again pathetically.
Nearby, Mihoshi was excitedly talking to Kiyonne. "KIYONNE! Look at the new equipment we now have! We can have so much more fun in bed now!"
"Mihoshi!" yelled Kiyonne. "Get ahold of yourself now! Something has changed everyone on Earth! We have to find out what, how, and why! We can have sex later, my dear."

In Hokkaido, a young girl and her twin sister, were running for their lives from a thing underground.
When suddenly a light struck, and the young girls, weren't so young anymore.
"Tsubasa, are you okay? What was that light?" asked one girl.
"I'm okay Hikaru." said Tsubasa. "I don't know what that light was."
Then their eyes cleared up and they could see.
"H...H...H...H...Hikaru, what happened?!" yelled Tsubasa.
"Y...Y...Y...Y...You're naked! And you're older! And you've got breasts too!" she shouted.
Hikaru looked at herself, paled really fast, and looked at Tsubasa. "So are you! What's going on?"
Tsubasa looked a little lower, and shouted.
Hikaru asked "What's wrong Tsubasa?"
"D...D...D...D...Dick!" shouted Tsubasa, pointing downward at Hikaru.
Hikaru looked, and said "But I'm supposed to be a girl!" Then she looked at Tsubasa. "You've got one too now!"
Tsubasa looked, and then she quickly fainted.
