Different Netherworlds had different "troop" type demons, like that kid Overlord with the funky hair had those scarecrow types. Some were pretty much the same across the Netherworlds, you could find Dragon-types EVERYWHERE.
On one particular Netherworld, there was this tendency for the Demon Lords to be "mad scientist" types. Viktor came from that Netherworld, originally as a fighter in the Arena. Honey was a 'Champion Of Justice' from that Netherworld, and she'd fought against first the Demon Lords and then the Overlord of another Netherworld. Ranma had been along for the fights, mainly, though HIS Overlord had instigated his involvement.
Honey was a gynoid or synth or whatever you wanted to call her. Honey was female and human-looking but invulnerable to some things and weaker against other things. The giant electromagnet that one of Overlord "Panther" Zora's goons had used for example. Ranma had helped her out then.
Anyway, he wasn't too sure about the relationship between them - but apparently Honey had decided he was her boyfriend. She did a lot of that flirting stuff. Got mad at him frequently, usually with him trying to figure out what he'd done or said that upset her. According to some of the guys, this was all perfectly normal with Netherworld romances.
On occasion he'd hear something about her going off and getting in some big fight, and naturally he couldn't let her hog ALL the major battles. THAT didn't mean nothing!
Of course, he'd just turned sixteen awhile back while she didn't age herself so it was kind of weird when they'd met and he'd been twelve at the time to have a girlfriend who was promising him some 'fanservice' when he was old enough to appreciate it. Heck, he'd known what all the innuendo was about since he was fourteen for crying out loud - but he preferred to act ignorant and thereby get out of some potentially MORE embarassing situations.
So Ranma looked Serenity in the eye, knowing he'd get out of this situation. "Yup, girlfriend. She's gotta approve of this kinda thing. Oh, would ya look at the time!" ZIP!
"Great, just great," said the former Queen. It was just one thing after another.
