Rei looked around her apartment, for once finding herself wishing it was she who had been moved in with the Third Child rather than the Second.
Though she did suppose she had the option of moving into the apartment next to them. After all, she could pass it off as saving resources, with Section 2 only needing to make one guard detail instead of two. If she remembered the reports, one of her own guard detail had been mugged as he was relieving himself on a corner wall.
And then she’d be that much closer to Ikari-kun.
The kiss was ... enjoyable.
Nodding her head in agreement, she went over to her cell phone. She could be moved out and settled in the apartment next to Shinji in two hours, one if she threatened Section 2 with knowledge of other failures on their part that hadn’t reached the Commander’s ears.
Yes, she decided as the dial tone hit her ears, one hour was much more preferable.
“Um ... Asuka,” gulped Shinji, “you do realize you’re awake?”
The redhead blinked a bit, before her hand reached under the blanket and pinched her skin.
One yelp later, she was pale and gulping. “Shinji ... that Master stuff ... if it leaves this room, you’ll be as anatomically correct as a Ken doll, understood?”
He nodded rapidly. That was of course, before a small smile returned to his lips. “Okay then, I’ll only be your Master in the bedroom.”
“Damn right, now I ... HEY!”
Shinji was saved from his beating as a yell from the living room caught their attention. “I AM WAITING!”
Nabiki sighed as she walked around the World of Final Fantasy LXIX in the city of Wruinholme. So far, she hadn’t seen much different from last night, other than a few hotels where she would probably spend the night, assuming she needed to sleep in this world.
Not for the first time, she found herself longing for a familiar face, a presence, anything from her life in Nerima.
Well, she didn’t want to run across a Kuno here. It was bad enough when she was living.
But she did need to find something to occupy her time. If she didn’t sleep, then what would she do when her Mistress did? Would she need to find a job? Could she?
So many possibilities, and even she wasn’t sure what they could lead to. After all, Rei, Asuka, and Shinji all had real lives, something she didn’t have. All she had was a computer generated world in which her lot was that of a sex slave.
“So much for ruling the business world,” she groused as she looked on as small children darted between several stalls around her.
“Hey you!”
She turned around, only to find...
