To Nodoka's disappointment, 'tentacle monster' was not available. Apparently specific Netherworlds had specific minion types that varied from one to another. There were references to 'manticores' and 'scarecrows' on the world of one of Honey's fellow-warriors-of-justice named Flonne. The Netherworld Honey came from had gynoids, patchworks like Viktor, and so on. James, the Mexican-looking gunman, apparently hailed from a Netherworld where they had snake-demons and spider-demons and such.
That there were tentacle demons, nobody disputed. Apparently they'd all heard of them before - just hardly anyone had crossed their paths and no one was sure which Netherworld they'd come from.
Nodoka listened to descriptions and met with various individuals. Ranma himself was a Sinner type called Aragami. James was a Gunner. Angelion was a Holy Dragon.
She went through and observed the various types that Genma could become that were available among Ranma's forces. Finally, she made her choice - almost as if she were shopping for a new suit for her husband to wear off the rack.
Most of the various forces under Ranma's control were at least amused by this. Marriage wasn't unheard of - it was considered kind of strange and kinky by many Netherworlders - but it wasn't illegal either.
Poor Genma saw the look in Nodoka's eyes and just KNEW this could be trouble. Still, he was getting his manhood back and after seeing the nekomata and the succubus was just glad he hadn't ended up one of THOSE or that "Floral Beast" type.
