Looking at the penguin, Shinji just smiled wickedly.
"The turnkeys work on more than just humans," he said, as he cast a quick spell that stunned the bird.
"Gii Gii Why did yo do that to Pen-pen? Gii Gii He wasn't going to hurt you. Gii Gii" Misato said, and inwardly winced at how her voice had changed.
Shinji picked up the bird and put one hand on Misato. When he did so, he teleported to where his other slaves were working. Taking a turnkey out of his pocket, he stuck it into Pen-pen's back. Unlike the girls, he started growing. Soon, a five meter tall bio-mechanical penguin stood guard over the area.
Shinji examined his latest creation. "Laseer beam eyes, beak that can fire missles. And a host of other weapons. Pendark will serve as the guardian of this place and of you and Rei, Misato."
Shinji summoned Rei over and the three of them head to a cave that Shinji had spotted. After laying protective spells on the cave, Shinji nodded.
"This cave will serve as a temporary base. And a storage area for the two of you, when I need to hide you. I guess I should....."
