Lupin + Ranma: The Quantum Leap Con [Episode 177653]

by Sainin

"Hey, look you, I ain't who ya think I am! I mean, I have her body, but I ain't her, inside," Ranma said, tapping her head.

"Fujiko's gloriously revealed boobies," mumbled Lupin, staring with open delight. "The nipples that make me want to say, Oh, Mama."

"I said: Hey! Ya ain't listenin'! My name is Ranma Saotome, of the Anything-Goes School of Martial Arts -And I'm a guy!!"

On hearing the word "guy", Lupin's eyes darted down to his obsession's bikini waxed sex, before returning to her millionaire-winning mammary glands. "That's ridiculous. I know you're a Mistress of Disguises, but even you can't pull that off, Fuji-cakes. Especially not dressed like that!" He rushed for 'him'.

Sending her knockers knocking, Ranma punched him away: Right in the direction billiards-player Lupin had been angling for 'him' to do.

"I can always count on a little rough foreplay from you, Fuji-cakes," he said, wiping his blood off his mouth with the back of one hand. The other was sneaking behind him to pick something off the dresser top.

"Stay away from me, I tell you! I'm a guy, and I don't like guys!"

"Is the thought of married bliss so traumatic to you, Fujiko? That you would go as far as deny your sex, as well as your identity?" he said with his saddest eyes. He brought up the ring with the third largest cut diamond in the world. "To me you'll always be the one I love; the woman I got this for her wedding ring."

"Aw, geez, don't go makin' me feel sorry for ya. But I tell you, I'm Ranma Saotome, and I don't belong here. I was put in this woman's body 'cuz a some stupid machine!"

"You know, I almost believe you."

"Ya DO?" Ranma's eyes lit up.

"That scenario doesn't sound like something a multiple personality would create. But it seems I have heard of incidents like it... ." Lupin made a show of thinking, noting out of corners of his eyes how eager the stacked-and oh so naked-beauty was to hear an explanation for 'his' situation. "Oh, yes: The Quantum Leap project. A very hush-hush, top secret time machine..." Ranma gave an encouraging response, so Arsène continued his spiel, "...It can't send actual bodies through time, but, as my sources tell me, it can send the quantum..., uh," he quickly had to find a word that "Ranma", a "stranger", could relate to, "...soul to a body already in the past. You could be one of the people they switched souls with. Yours got bumped, and your soul needed another body to inhabit: So my dear wife Fujiko was the next unfortunate victim."

"Well, it does sort sounds about right, I guess. I can't really believe a DVD player could do this to me."

"A what? What's a "DVD player"?"

"You know: A player for playing DVD-s and CD-s; you know: Discs," and he formed his hands in the size and shape of one. "How ya store and watch movies and anime on TV."

"You got me there. The only way they can be store and show moves on TV is by tape," and he formed his hands to indicate a wide strip, ...and that's so expensive, only the TV stations and the rich have them. Though I hear they're working to make them cheap enough for the general public."

"What year is this?" Ranma was becoming nervous that, maybe, he was in the past, after all.

"This is the year 1979."

"I want to get back to my own time!! I want my own body back, curse or no curse!"

Lupin waited for the woman to calm down. How he would have loved to have physically comforted her...very physically.

"There is a way. But you may not like it." Good: She looks receptive. "You must change history, but not destroy history." Look at that blank expression: Definitely not the Fujiko-mind I'm used to; she rivals mine in intelligence. "This is how the Quantum Leap time machine is supposed to work: You're stuck in history, until you unstick yourself. But if you change things too much, then your future won't be there for you to return to."

"Huh, I guess that sounds right." Ranma was very intelligent, but only about things that kept his interest.

"You'll destroy history, if my Fujiko isn't here, where she belongs." As he had been talking, he slowly, casually, eased himself closer to the body of his wet dreams. The woman was distracted and comfortable enough with his presence, now, that he was able to slip the diamond ring on marriage finger. "A wife belongs with her husband."
