The audience remaind hushed as the stunningly, top-heavy woman taken from among them was made perfectly rigid. While the Great S. Kaper shoulders of the woman with the G cups, his fishnetted assistant raised the her bare legs. Putting a sheet of paper on the giant blade pointing towards the ceiling, she lowered the unprotected ankles onto both. The paper was sliced from just the slightest pressure.
When the rest of her weight was on ankles that could be bloodily severed off from the slightest wrong move on his part, the gentleman in the tuxedo carefully lowered her graceful neck on the other giant blade. Again, a sheet of paper and several cut locks showed one and all just how incredibly sharp and deadly the honed edge was.
Only when the desirable woman was rigid on her feet again did the audience dare to break out in wild, appreciative applause.
Fujiko/Ranma didn't hear any of it until she was snapped out of her trance.
'He' left the stage to more applause. 'He' felt proud. Ranma didn't remember doing the dangerous stunt, but 'he' did know what 'he' had volunteered to do.
"I salute you, Ranma Saotome," Goemon said, on his feet beside their table and bowing. "You are indeed brave."
"Aw, gee, thanks. Er, where's that other guy? The one in black that don't me?"
Jigen was waiting off-stage for the Great S. Kaper to finish his act. The finale of which was escaping while chained from a tank of electric eels while gasoline burned spectacularly on the water's surface. "That was an incredibly dumb thing to do," he told the soaked Kaper. "You disguise could've washed off. Then Fujiko-if she isn't faking it all-would know you're the guy who hypnotized her."
"Now, Jigen, I live to take calculated risks, remember?" Lupin smugly smiled after pulling off the S. Kaper mask.
"So, did it work?"
"I do believe it did. Fujiko now not only accepts the sound of my voice, but trusts it. After all, how can she not, when she placed her faith in a man and didn't have her head cut off for it?" The assistant and real Kaper were helping Lupin dry and change.
"I can now begin to reach her subconscious," Lupin said.
"So, you're going to pick your moment and command her to hop into bed with you."
"Jigen, how crude! And how unfortunately wrong. No, hypnotism does not allow its subjects to do something that they would be against while awake."
"But you've boffed Fujiko, before; lots of times."
"Again, unfortunately wrong. Just a few times: Those times she wanted something from me and couldn't think of any more creative way to try and get it."
"So, you're going to make her believe she is in one of those situations?"
