Ranma's New Life - Red Steel: Thank Sukebe for Pokegirls (they grow up in the most delightful way) [Episode 179070]

by Kestral

Ash(Ranma) checked his pokedex with a little more detail, eyes wide and privately praying nobody had noticed.

Professor Oak monitored, determined that Ash wasn't doing it on purpose, and flagged appropriate records to show that Akane had done this on her own volition. Apparently due to lack of confidence in her new trainer, or perhaps to get back at her crechehood rival.

Name: Akane
Breed: Gynoid (Steel Element) Level: 3
Classification: Brick, Specialty: Melee HTH
Strong Vs: Plant, Ground/Rock, Ice, Electricity, Fire
Weak Vs: Psychic, Ghost, Magnetic, Water
Attacks: Hammer Fist, Harden, Body Slam, Blunt Object Of Opportunity
Special: Due to density, gynoids are resistant to low level water attacks like Water Gun or Dowse, but vulnerable to higher end attacks like Water Cannon or Tsunami. As long as they are in contact with the ground or a grounding element, they can discharge electrical attacks harmlessly but remain vulnerable to magnetic attacks like Mag-TK and EMP.
Akane has considerable training in HTH combat, style goju ryuu, and is especially good at counterattacks against mass foes. Akane has considerably less promise in a variety of support skills, apparently due to a lack of patience outside fighting and some problems with her hand-eye coordination. Do not let her cook.

Ash(Ranma) merely sighed and said something about how some things changed but some things really did remain the same.

Name: Mist
Breed: Djinni (Air Element) Level: 5
Classification: Base Support, Specialty: Domestic
Strong Vs: Fire, Electricity, Plant
Weak Vs: Ground/Rock, Steel, Ice
Attacks: Gust, Vortex, Bubble, Fog
Special: Djinni are considered a little ditzy due to their constant purification of the nearby air, which is an automatic process. In particularly bad air this is particularly noticeable as they act extremely distracted.

Mist scores well in most domestic support skills, such as cooking and cleaning. She prefers a quiet and unobtrusive role, and scores exceptionally poorly in combat roles.

Ash nodded at that. Made sense. He'd have to look at her to see if his suspicion was correct.

Name: Silver
Breed: Vixxen (Fire Element) Level: 4
Classification: Projector, Specialty: Fireburst
Strong Vs: Ice, Fire, Plant
Weak Vs: Water, Ghost, Dark
Attacks: Fireburst, Heat, Dash
Special: Vixxen tend to spend a lot of time grooming and have high libidos. They are fairly territorial as well.
Silver has high marks for managing inventory and general equipment operation.

Okay, decided Ash, that was handy. He was pretty good with stuff like that himself, but having someone else to do that sort of work was also good. That way he could concentrate on the trainin' and stuff.

Name: Blackrose
Breed: Roselita (Plant Element), Level: 3
Classification: Attacker, Specialty: Gardening
Strong Vs: Ground/Rock, Water
Weak Vs: Ghost, Psychic, Fire
Attacks: Vine Whip, Thorn Blade, Petal Storm
Special: Empathy with plants and ability to stimulate growth.
This Roselita has been given high combat ratings, but has some unfortunate personality quirks that have reduced her desirability to area trainers.

This caused Ash some concern. Just what was Akane getting him into, anyway?
