Akane's Labor: Telling A Tale [Episode 18278]

While she was trying not to sweat, Akane's mind sped to try and come up with a reason, any reason for her blunders up to that point. Here she was, with blasters pointed at her, and a Jedi in front of her, and she had no idea of how to deal with them. Normally she dealt with problems in one of two ways, but trying to bash them would only get her shot, and denying everything wasn't working. If only she had more of an idea of how things wokred in this stupid universe!

"Damn it! I'm just too new at this!" blurted the former school girl.

"What does that mean?" asked Xiang.

"I just get dropped into everything! I'm supposed to be a former fighter pilot and escaped slave, but what happens? I get a co-pilot and lose her to a half blind moron!" ranted Akane, "And then when I try to get help in getting her back, I wind up with a loony pervert because I didn't remember that the Empire were the bad guys! I'm used to bashing, not this sneaking around crap!"

"Hold on a second. Are you telling me that you are new to being a smuggler?"

She had been talking about her Labor, but Akane had calmed down enough to realize to answer, "Uh... yeah?"
