Setsuna's Looney: Read the instructions before use... Wait, what instructions? [Episode 183879]

by Mouse

Yosamite Sam, peering through the eyepiece, saw the flailing figure of Ebonite pushed across the slippery floor. Her razor-like fingernails were the first part to pass behind the huge lens in the middle of the apparatus, and he smiled as he saw the magnified image. Soon, the diminutive youma was standing directly on the cross painted on the marble, still pushing back against the hands holding her on the target, and visibly larger than she used to be.

His eyebrows dipped angrily. Leaning around the mirror, he shouted, “Hey! Keep her on the target!”

“I ain’t moving, Mr Dark General Sir!” protested the bigger youma.

“Yes y’are!”

“No I’m not!”

“Yes y’are!”

“No I’m not!”

“Yes y’are!”

“No I’m not!”

“Yes y’are!”

“No I’m not!”

“No y’re not!”

“Yes I am!”

“Well stoppit!” finished the Dark General, returning to the eyepiece. He saw Ebonite, exactly the same size as she’d been when he last looked…

…just before the bigger youma’s arms shoved her out of the focus of the glass…

…and continued pushing her away from the focus…

“Waaaahhh!” Crunch.

…until she hit the wall, when they started shoving the bigger youma the other way…

“WhooOooaAaa! Slam

…through the doors into Beryl’s audience hall…

eEeEeee

…past the ominous-looking throne and its occupant…

“WHAT is the Meaning of This?”

...and into the ‘secret’ passage leading away behind it…

Yosamite Sam jerked back from the eyepiece and barrelled around the mirror to berate the unfortunate youma. “Jumpin’ Jehezophat! You’re supposed to hold the volunteer in the machine, not turn into a kaiju yourself!”

I didn’t mean to do it!

Beryl narrowed her eyes dangerously at the youma – or at least at that part of the youma’s forty-yard forearms she could see from her throne.
