Chained World: Sort Of Joined [Episode 184152]

by Kender

Ranma knew that there were plenty of instances where slaves were either sent to be sold, or to work, in places far from where they lived their lives. This happened for plenty of reasons, many of them that were actually quite sensible. After all, if a slave were to be directly sold in their own neighborhood, then they might be brought by someone who knew them. Not only could such a situation be awkward for both parties, but it could lead to certain... situations, where someone could own someone that they'd been fantasizing over for a long time, or the slave could be brought by someone who'd hate them. Even if the purchaser was trying to be 'helpful', and brought the slave for the purpose of keeping them close to their old life, it might just prove to everyone involved as to how she was always going to be on the outside of it.

She was strong too, so she could do a lot of the work, and she did have a cute smile. Of course, it wasn't quite like what the locker room talk made it sound like it would be, but he was still waiting for someone to reveal to those sorts of guys that reality was passing them by.

To him, it was more important that he do things the way that he wanted to, rather than listen to some absurd ideas batted around by people who didn't know better.

As for Akane herself, it seemed that she was:
