"Have a yoma in his area contact Ryouga and arrange a meeting. The yoma is not to expose my identity."
"Yessir" said the secretary enthusiastically.
Before Ranma could say anything more, an underling Oni Demon dashed in.
"Master Ranma! Master Ranma!"
"Speak, soldier."
Out of breath, the Oni explained, "The Four Rulers of several other dark kingdoms have arrived. They wish to make an alliance with you. Allying with them could increase our power greatly."
Ranma pondered this a moment. "I'll consider it. Who are they?"
The Oni started to read off of a piece of paper.
"First, there's Getenari, Commander of the Land of Silence. Next, there's Chiaki, Lady of the Kingdom of Power. Third is Maledict, leader of the Land of Dreams. And Finally, we have Arkham, Master of the Kingdom of Beasts."
Ranma seemed intrigued. "Hmm. Just what are these kingdoms?"
The Oni checked the paper again.
"Well, the Land of Silence is a place where all are one. That is to say, all power is shared, and there is no indivduality whatsoever. The Kingdom of Power thrives off of pure base logic: Survival of the Fittest. The weak die, the strong live."
"Next, the citizens of the Land of Dreams are able to create or become what they've always dreamed of. However, this kingdom seems to be the weakest. Finally, the Kingdom of Beasts is a place where all citizens are either powerful, mindless monsters, or able to control them. Arkham is a master of controlling these monsters."
Ranma thought this over for a long time. He then sat up straight.
"Alright, I've made my decision."
