"Well, that's not fair," said Brock. "Ash here was the one who was attacked!"
"Yes, but he used his pokegirl to respond, so there is a chance he'll be fined," said Jenny.
"FINED?!" asked Ash, who had no money that he knew of.
"You caused no incidental damage, and I expect you'll just merit a disciplinary note in your file," said the Jenny, shrugging. What did this kid expect?
