What had him sitting cross legged with his arms folded over his chest was the fact was that he didn't know if he should train himself, start with the pokegirls, or go with a mixture of the two.
It was ever so much easier to do when he was training on his own as Ranma, but now he was not only getting his own body into shape, but he had to figure out out to get his two new charges ready for their own fights. At the very least, he had the good fortune to have Brock around right then, since the other guy was proving to be knowing what he was doing.
"Are you just going to sit there?" Brock asked as he took two rice balls from his pack.
Ash shrugged slightly. "What can I do? I had a lot to do before, but now...."
"I know what you mean, but...."
"Yeah?"
"At least you don't have to wait long," the spiky haired guy commented, and turned a bright grin at the new arrival. "Why, hello there...."
"Hello, I have come to inform Ash Ketchum about the findings of the office," responded the Officer Jenny.
Frowning just a bit, Ash wondered about what this could mean for him, as he couldn't really see what sort of news she was bringing. Heck, he couldn't even tell if this was a different girl than the one before, though he was pretty sure that this one was wearing a suit. To be absolutely sure, he'd have to lean in, and at this angle, for him to do that would put him into a position that would likely be seen as perverted.
So, he merely settled for pulling himself to a standing position. "Yeah, that's me. What's going on?"
"Well, you are to be reprimanded for your actions yesterday," she told him.
"Which means...."
"A warning has been put into your file, and a record of the incident will accompany it."
"That's good news," Ash sighed, blowing out a breath.
"But don't think that this is just something to shrug off. Doing it again will likely result in harsher penalties."
"But he was trying to bother me."
Brock nodded. "The other guy did start it."
"We understand the reasoning, and that is part of why there is just a reprimand," the Officer Jenny told them both. "And the fact that he tried to minimize the effects was welcome. Still, using a pokegirl against another human, if in a fight, isn't normally allowed."
"So, he had to find another way?"
"Unless he wants to become an officer of the law, with all that would come with it."
"Maybe he could even have a Jenny as a partner then."
She eyed the older of the two boys warily. "Perhaps."
For his part, Ash wondered when his companion would stop drooling over the Officer Jenny, but didn't think that it would happen anytime soon. Yet, the idea of joining law enforcement didn't seem like too bad of an idea though, as it would allow him to not only get access to training regimens, but would possibly give him some fights. In that, he had to admit that his new friend was right to think that it might be good, though his sparkly eyed gaze at her was kind of creepy, while"
