Lamp Of Mihoshi: The Coming of ZERO [Episode 18582]

by Walker of the Wheel

Now, it was important to note that Bahamut, the legendary King of Dragons, had taken many different forms and incarnations throughout the many millennia that he had been alive. By far the most intimidating form amongst these was the ZERO form, which was reputedly Bahamut’s strongest form…

Standing at nearly 100 metres tall, Bahamut’s ultimate form possessed a body with flesh more solid than iron, enwrapped completely in a silver carapace that was ten times harder than titanium alloy. From its back emerged six massive silver wings, and its crystal blue eyes perceived the world around it without missing a single detail. It was quite an intimidating sight, even when you didn’t consider the fact that its Terra Flare could burn a hole through a continent.

…And that thought was shared by many of the residents of Nerima, as they gazed up at the gigantic form of the pigtailed martial artist turned King of Dragons.

Meanwhile, Ranma himself was currently attempting to sort through his thoughts. He looked down at himself, massive silver body moving with an eloquent grace that seemed almost impossible, six powerful wings keeping him aloft about 500 metres above Nerima.

‘This is amazing!!’ Ranma exclaimed mentally, pushing out a bit more speed as he ascended upwards into the sky. He shot past the clouds and continued on, not even really noticing as he broke free from Earth’s atmosphere. It was only when he felt an odd weightlessness did he halt and turn around to look.

All around him, he could see the stars twinkling in the distance. Blinking, he turned around and looked down to find that there really wasn’t a ‘down’ anymore. There was, however, an enormous sphere of blue and white that he instantly recognized.

‘…I’m… in space?’ Ranma thought in bewilderment, giant silver body gleaming in the distant sunlight. He stared down at the planet for several seconds, before grinning hugely. He liked his new form; hell, he liked his new form better than his original one. He could actually think, he could fly, was virtually invincible, could vaporize major cities, was immortal, could shapeshift, and even survive in outer space…

This was beyond incredible.

That ditzy genie girl really did him a favor; he’d have to repay her someday.

‘…Wow… I could get used to this.’

With that thought, Ranma raced off towards…
