"Yes," agreed the woman. "The befuddlement spell worked a little too well. Apparently she was wearing her black outfit and patrolling on her broomstick. They mistook her for some sort of threat."
"So now they're in a state of permanent befuddlement?" asked Takamichi.
"One thinks she's in elementary school, says her name is Haru-chan, and is very happily playing with crayons right now," said the woman, checking a crystal ball. "Apparently when Haruka saw her, she immediately thought she was someone named 'Emeraude' and attacked with a costume jewelry sword."
"Oh my," said the Dean.
"When Michiru found her, Midori still had the sword and apparently Michiru came to an unfortunate conclusion," continued the woman, still looking into the sphere.
"I see," said the Dean. "What of this second woman?"
"Oh? Michiru?" The woman flipped her long red hair and double checked something in the ball, apparently scrolling backwards from her hand motions. "It looks like she got a slightly different whammy. She's convinced she's a foreign chicken."
"Thai Hen?" guessed Takamichi.
"Well, Midori-san never quite had the hang of that spell," pointed out the Dean.
"So what did your Mercury Computer reveal before it died?" asked Mars.
Mercury sniffled for her lost computer.
BLEEP!
"It's rebooting?" asked Mercury, hope surging up within her.
"What's a PowerBook?" asked Moon.
"Why are you asking such questions NOW?" snapped Mars.
"Because that's what it says there," pointed out Moon.
Mercury turned her computer around to reveal the Mercury logo was gone. Now it had an Apple logo, though the apple was in front of a tree, and it had the words "Akamatsu Industries, PowerBook. Powered By Magium Saati!"
"Eh?" asked Sailor Mercury.
ding ding dang dong chimed the computer.
"Hmmmm?" asked Sailor Mercury, scrutinizing the screen.
