Ranma smiled. "Let's see. Which to use?"

"RANMA! WHERE DID YOU GO?!"

Ranma smirked, then leapt up the cliff to a little hiding spot. He wasn't quite ready to rejoin the old man, and HELL if he wanted to go to Jusenkyo. He'd let his father go by himself, if it came to it. He wanted time to check out his new equipment.

Every time he used it, he'd learn more of the skill. Eventually he'd know the spell enough to cast it on his own.

After all, this was the magic of Final Fantasy -

• III (XI in Japan), Ranma has several of the Esper Crystals.
• VII, though a little modified as above.
• VIII, the Guardian Forces also teach skills.
• actually it's more like Suikoden
• XII, and Ranma added an Airship and Chocobo summons because he likes the idea of having flashy exits and entries. Now how to spend these license points?
• something else
