Not that she disliked the young teacher at all. If nothing else, she liked the woman, who happened to be serious about her work, rather friendly, and wasn't all that condescending to her students. She tended to get along with others, and it wasn't unheard of for her students to hang around her during hours when the school was closed. However, she never did anything improper, and was actually a bit amusing when she got all flustered.
Of course, it was a bit creepy when Mizuho had followed her and Ranma that one time. It was understandable that she'd be a bit panicked over the idea of her husband walking off with another girl. But they'd merely been heading to attend a martial arts match together, as friends, and it wasn't like she hadn't made her intentions, or lack there of, regarding him totally clear.
Still, it was pretty nice to have met the teacher, which had happened by accident, oddly enough. Had things gone as Mizuho had originally expected, she would have gone to work at a school near Lake Kizaki, near Nagano. Unfortunately, there'd been some sort of mixup, and when that had been cleared up, not only had her time for starting work had changed, but the place the position would be filled had shifted as well. That had resulted in her being posted to Tokyo, with her teaching at Furinkan for the time being.
They had gone to where she'd been expecting to be posted, and even met some of the local students, who probably would have had Mizuho as their regular teacher, had things gone as they'd originally been set for. One of the boys, Kei Kusanagi, had been rather helpful in guiding them around, along with his girlfriend, Koishi. With their friends, and fellow couple, Kaede and Hyosuke, they'd shown them all around, though Akane had felt like fifth wheel at times, what with being around so many couples. Fortunately, there had been the presence of two of their friends, who hadn't been boyfriend and girlfriend, though that Ichigo girl seemed to be rather odd at times.
Akane had to wonder how her father would react if he knew that not only had Ranma married someone else, but had married someone who wasn't in the martial artist community. He likely wouldn't be all that keen on the idea, but then it wasn't really his choice anyway. Mizuho had already gotten married to Ranma, and that was all there was to it. If her father, and Ranma's, decided to try and mess that up, then she wasn't about to let it happen.
Luckily, everything was quiet for the moment, and they merely had to look at their father as he beamed happily, while:
