Of course as she was mulling this over in her head Genma was telling the 'unbiased truth' about what had happened on his training trip with Ranma to China while nursing a cup of warm catnip tea that Kasumi had given him, and getting plastered in the process. "An' ever sins we lef Chiha wev been folod by des munstr grls who wan' my son." *hic*
Still she was only half listening the whole time when her father announced, "That is why one of you three girls needs to help ensure the future of-"
"I'll do it!" Akane proclaimed as she stood up with enthusiasm and shocking her father and her elder sister Kasumi, who already knew what the real purpose of this meeting was.
"Oh my Akane are you certain that you know what you are doing," her eldest sister tried to explain. "What you are agreeing to is-"
Akane understood Kasumi concern, or at least she would have if she knew what she was really agreeing to; however, her mind was now made up as she channeled her inner Amelia. "Sorry Kasumi but this is some something that I want- no something that I must do. In order to ensure the future, I must find this cat's son and-"
"Tendo Dojo huh, cool this place is a lot smaller but it looks and feels like right back at home and- Akane!" Suddenly the aforementioned youngest Tendo was affectionately tackled hugged by a floating blonde girl in an ornate dress, whose origins Nabiki could not for the life of her place. The girl who had literally appeared from out of thin air had an odd double-bun and long pigtail hairdo and three facial markings similar to those on the cat. "I can't believe you're here and back to normal, did you decide to leave Ryoga and come to join us here with Ra-?" The mystery girl was soon silenced by an angel that flew in through the open door near the koi pond to smack their earlier uninvited guest on the head with a mallet, *ka-pok* "Owie Rei why did you do that?"
"We already explained it to you five times on the way here Usagi." This Rei, a pale blue-haired angel with sienna eyes stated while hefting the croquet-mallet shaped squeaky hammer that she had conked this Usagi with right before sighing. "This is not our dimension although there might be things that are similar to those that are back home they are not the same thing. This is a Akane Tendo but not your sister Akane, nor is that your father despite the fact that he is obviously Soun Tendo, and if you would look around you would see two girls that look suspiciously like your sisters Kasumi and Nabiki."
"Oh my more guests I had better get some more tea." Kasumi said in her usual calm and unshakeable manner as she left for the kitchen.
"What but-but um," the floating girl Usagi who had already let go of Akane began to drift mid-air as in confusion as her eyes lost focus. When from the sound of things more visitors arrived at the Tendo's door- and one on their roof.
"Hello? Rei, are you in there? Did you find where Usagi teleported to?" A boy's voice inquired from the front door.
"Ah that must be Ranma," Soun proclaimed as he rushed to the door followed by Nabiki who was curious about her baby sister's blind acceptance earlier.
*AHHHHHH* Soon they were running back inside as what looked like a winged lioness padded inside, the magical mascot was of no help as he was appeared to be passed out, either drunk or high from his catnip tea.
Akane was about to launch into fight the beast when the strange girl named Usagi cried out. "Kasumi help, Rei's being a big meany!"
Quickly the lioness transformed into a winged lion girl in a one-piece bodysuit, who looked an awful lot like her sister. "Now Rei, you know that Usagi really tries her hardest, she is just a little flighty so please try to be a little more lenient. Usagi please calm down, I know that you are excited to be in a city this big and to meet a counterpart of our sister; however do please try to contain yourself."
"Puh-lease Kasumi, you know that Usagi will always be well- Usagi." A voice came from a fangy smile in mid-air, which revealed a magenta cat-girl that looked like Nabiki as she brightened into visibility.
"Big sister Nabiki stop be sneaky sneaky in other people home." Akane turned towards the door, and was struck with jealousy as she beheld a highly attractive purple-haired girl her own age in a lavender pants suit followed by a curvy blue-mouse-girl and a boy her own age in a crimson tang.
"Now girls no fighting, we don't know what pops was up to here or what angle he's working." Ranma said as he tried to calm everyone down then taking note of the presence of Soun, Nabiki, and Akane Tendo. 'Wait there's no Kasumi, maybe the agreement doesn't exist here too, who am I kidding of course it doesn't besides the closest thing that we have here are arranged marriages and like pop is slick enough to con anyone into trusting him with a dowry.'
Now ordinarily Genma would rush to defend himself in the style similar to con men and corporate management, except at present his kitty father was flat on his back after having fallen over in a drooling daze from Kasumi Tendo's homemade blend of catnip tea. Well in all honesty, he was still awake, but he was also having the weirdest experiences since he and Soun shared that strange tobacco with those American soldier's near the Okinawa military base in the 70's.
"Oh more guests," the native Kasumi stated as she stepped out of the kitchen carrying another plate of snacks. At first Kasumi was unfazed by all of the weirdness around her, that is until she and her pokégirl double noticed each other and triggered a stereophonic, "Oh my!"
Ranma held up his hands and explained, "Wait, if anyone will give me a chance I will explain everything."
