It wasn't due to some sort of 'modesty' issue, though that was a factor. Instead, he just needed to keep from getting into more trouble, since he'd likely have people reacting to his nudity first, rather than his desire to be clothed. So, despite the worry that the fact that the girl of his dreams now thought him to be a major pervert, he needed to get dressed. Covering his bottom half would be basically enough, since, as a guy, he didn't have to worry about exposing his chest. However, he did want to be fully clothed, since, not only would it mean that he'd be taken seriously, but he would be safe from further issues.
As such, he'd slipped away in search of clothing. Given that he'd already shown enough to Kasumi, which was going to put enough guilt on him for a century, and to Nabiki, who was likely to be very... scary about how she'd react to it, he decided to do it on his own. Not that it was too complicated a concept, given that all he had to do was to find one of the places where he'd left his clothing, or borrow some, and he'd be able to get around with less... hanging out.
He even managed to do it pretty well, considering how he'd managed to slip right away from Mister Tendo. In fact, he was rather impressed with himself, as he found himself getting indoors without having to be led there. Sure, he kept on wandering outside, but that was to be expected, since it wasn't like there were solid walls always around him. But since he managed to find a room with a tiled floor, which was obviously a bathroom, he found himself pretty relaxed at the moment.
That lasted for about... three seconds.
Those few moments were all that was needed for him to recognize some rather important issues. First, the room wasn't the right color for the Tendo bathroom, which he was familiar with, even if he couldn't always find it. Then there was the absence of male clothing in the changing area, which was odd, since the fathers were still living there. And the last bit came from the fact that the room was not empty, which meant that he was not alone.
It took him taking a long look at the figure to recognize who it was, not that he didn't see some things right off. Specifically, he saw the rise of large and full breasts breaking the water, long legs scissoring rather interestingly under the surface, and intelligent eyes boring right into him. Put all together, he was seeing a rather mature and confident older woman take a bath, which was already enough to fry his brain. When he managed to mentally stumble with connecting who that was to what she did while dressed, he found himself rather pleased with the fact that he didn't have to contemplate what would happen if she'd been in her other form.
Still, he could only manage a weak smile, and a nervous whimper as he started at the nude figure in the water."Ah, Hinako-sensei, isn't it? Aheh heh. This isn't what you think."
"Really...." she murmured, her voice low and dangerous.
"Uh huh. I hadn't expected you to be here.... Ah, I mean, I didn't expect to be here...."
"Do you know what I think?"
"Umm.... That it might be nice if I got out of here now?"
For a moment, it seemed that she was knocked into an agreeable mood. "There is that."
"You mean that?"
"Certainly."
"Oh, that's good," he breathed, sighing in relief. "For a moment there, I thought that you might have decided that I was a 'delinquent'."
"That's not quite it."
"Hm?"
"I think that you're a pervert delinquent! How dare you sneak into a teacher's bathroom, especially in the nude! You'll have to pay for.... COME BACK HERE!" she barked, pulling out a coin from somewhere as she shot out of the bathwater.
"WAAA!" went Ryoga, who was trying to not take in how the liquid cascaded over the teacher's shapely and naked form, as he tried to get the hell away from her, while:
