Nightwing Beyond: The warm up. [Episode 193898]

by Warprince9

Ranma made his way through Tokyo pretty fast considering it was a lot harder to roof hop with skyscrapers everywere. Eventually he reached an abandoned warehouse. Or so it looked. He casually walked to a door around back, opened it and went in. In an instant the floor fell out from under him, as he reacted bouncing off the still collapsing trap door his eyes spotted a thin silver wire hanging near by, with a small flip he easily balanced on it and looked at the room in front of him.

The remaining floor was covered in pressure sensitive plates, the air above it filled with tripwires, motions detectors, heat sensors, and just about everything you could think of for security. Also spaced out hear and there were small platforms and bars, on the far side of the room was a door. He just made out these details when the lights went out.

What followed was one of the most intense displays of stealth and agility one could imagine. the top ten ninjutsu masters in the world would have been impressed. And they were some of the few that could have even seen it in the near total darkness. It was less then a minute later Ranma found himself hanging upside down in front of the door. He raised an eyebrow at the near antique lock in his way before removing several small tools from his arm bands and picking it.

He had just stepped into the room when the lights came back on. Ranma looked up at the older gaijin holding a stopwatch. "Took your time, didn't you?"

"I didn't think there was a need to rush, Grayson-sensei." Ranma replied.
