FutureKen: And The Rock Cried Out 'No Hiding Place' [Episode 194276]

Genma ran.

Maybe sending a letter saying that their son had been lost was not the best thing he could have done.

There he'd been, in a bar, trying to figure out new angles to get the boy back, when his wife showed up - apparently having traced the letter back to where he'd sent it from.

Seeing his wife hadn't been the bad part. Her waving a katana around in one hand, a seppuku contract in the other, and her seeing HIM - well that was another kettle of fish altogether.

So Genma ran. He'd heard this village in China had a lot of weird martial arts lore. Maybe they'd help.

It had the added benefit it was far far away from his wife.


The assassin was ready. Humans had abandoned the planet once. Now one had returned. Nobody else could see the danger. Nobody else was willing to act.

As a military-grade robot, it had fewer compunctions about eliminating potential threats.


Ranma was happy. Food. Hotsprings. Sleep. Martial Arts training. Repeat. Except for the non martial arts lessons that he was receiving, it was pretty much paradise.

He got to spar against a SUMObot briefly. There were others. Rock. Roll. Jazz. Enka. Various others when available.

He was sparring with Enka when the combat unit was suddenly hit by a thin line of fire which somehow cut through the sparring bot's outer armor casing.

Ranma twisted and leapt, ducking around the wooden pillars decorating the yard as a shimmering outline moved and then stopped - blending into the surroundings as it did.

It seemed as good a time to test that signal watch thingie as any.
