When it came to brides, Minato had really lucked out. His wife and the mother of his son was a literal goddess. Now, she was a goddess from another dimension and thus was significantly weaker than she could would have been if this was her home dimension. Still, Minato's wife was not someone to scoff at. Even with her reduced power, she could still whip all of the Kages in a battle royal.
Personally, Minato wished that his wife was out here with him helping to fight the Kyuubi. At the very least, her divine presence should scare the demon away. Hopefully, she and Naruto would be alright.
