In the morning with the rising of the sun, Usagi opened her eyes to find herself in an unfamiliar location. Suddenly, the information of what happened yesterday flooded her mind. A small part of her was embarrassed to have spent the night in the nude next to an unfamiliar young man, but that throw-back from her human self was quickly squashed. Ranma was her mate, he most of all deserved to see her like this. Usagi threw off the blankets that were covering the two of them and looked at Ranma’s sleeping form. A small perverted smirk crossed her face; Ranma was even more handsome now than when she had first found him.
Usagi then got partially off the futon, rolled Ranma over so he was lying on his back, and then kissed him on the mouth. Sensing Ranma waking up to her kiss, Usagi pulled back a bit and then said, “Good morning love, sleep well?”
Ranma opened his eyes to look at Usagi. Very rapidly Ranma went through the same mental cycle that Usagi had. Just as soon as the cycle was over, Ranma gave a devilishly charming smirk and said to Usagi. “How could I not sleep well with such a goddess next to me?” Seeing Usagi’s full body blush, Ranma then got partially up on his elbows. He then said, “Dear, even though I don’t mind the view, things around here tend to get crazy. I don’t want anyone else looking at your divine form but me.”
Usagi quickly nodded her head in agreement with her husband. Although an average pure Succubus would need the lust energy of mortals to sustain themselves, Usagi and Ranma were very different. First of all, her mother Morrigan was a Lillake Succubus instead of a Lilitu Succubus. Lillake Succubae could also feed on the adrenaline/competitive aura most people gave off during a fight. One other thing about the Lillake Succubae that Usagi was thankful for was that, although Lillake could devour female souls, they didn’t need to. Usagi found the mere idea of devouring a soul to be tasteless. On the other hand, from her vampire heritage Usagi was able to subsist on blood. The two ancestries combined gave Usagi a wide range of feeding options.
Usagi stood up and had her wings transform into a set of human clothing. She was wearing a blue t-shirt that was tide together at the bottom. This left a rather enticing, but still street legal, view of her chest. She was also wearing tight black jeans and red slip-on shoes. Ranma gave a smile of appreciation before he also transformed his wings into suitable human clothing. Ranma chose to go with khaki pants, a black leather jacket with a white v-neck t-shirt, black fingerless gloves, and Reebok sneakers instead of his old attire.
Usagi then said to Ranma, “We need a plan. Although we don’t cause any real harm to the human population, demon hunters will be after us.”
Ranma nodded his head and then said, “We need to train to use our new forms better, then we need to find a way to integrate ourselves into society without our uniqueness being apparent.”
Usagi then nodded her head and said, “I have the Ginzuishou, I think that you should also get a similar mystical gem. I remember that there’s one on Nemesis, we should go get that for you. Also, the Dark Kingdom probably has some things that would be useful for us; not to mention the ruins of the Silver Millennium on the Moon.”
Ranma nodded his head; Usagi had some very good points. But, Ranma also had some arcane artifact knowledge that would help the two newlyweds out. “The Cat Café has some scrolls on ancient Martial Arts techniques we could use. Also, there is a mirror there that will allow people to travel through time. The mirror is currently broken, but you should be able to fix it easily. We could use it to go to a different time, train, and then come back ready to face any threats to us.”
