The thing was that he didn't want to act on one specific part of her information. If what she'd been saying was correct, this 'Ukyo Kuonji' was another of these Shikigami, which wasn't a bad thing. Having someone around who was able to act in case of an emergency was certainly helpful. Besides, it seemed that this one had not only managed to pass as a human boy, but had done so without any real disruption of the school, which was something that he liked as an administrator.
Yet, he couldn't let this stand, as she was female, human or not. Somehow, it would come out, and he didn't even want to think about what would happen if it wasn't dealt with immediately. Considering the fact that she'd have to be undressed amongst all the boys of the school, and that there wasn't supposed to be a girl in classes there in the first place, this wasn't something that could be allowed to continue as it was.
He did think that he could swing another arrangement though, and was already considering ways to convince the other administrators to follow him in that regard. "I am afraid that we can not allow your companion to continue on attending classes as she has been."
"What?" Sumire responded, her eyes widening as her mouth dropped open. "I didn't mean for her to be kicked out...."
"None the less, she will have to be escorted off of school grounds, since we can not have girls masquerading as boys in this school."
"Isn't there some sort of... arrangement that we can come to?"
"Certainly. She can wear a girl's uniform."
The fox-morph went from looking like she was about to drown to staring in dull shock. "Different uniforms?"
"Yes. Despite her clear violation of school rules in regards to dress code and student acceptance, she has proven to be a clearly well behaved young woman who hasn't caused a problem yet. Other schools have allowed exceptions, and I'm sure that we can make one in this case."
"But your school doesn't have uniforms for girls."
"That is true," the Vice Principal admitted, and then shrugged. "Perhaps we can work out something using the boy's uniform as a base. Something like putting a plaid skirt with a boy's jacket could work."
"You don't mean...."
"Then again, perhaps a sailor style would be nicer. I remember my own youth, and the girls back then looked so lovely in their uniforms. Not that many girls don't have their own appeal now. Many schools do have a blazer for the students, and it does look rather nice."
"You mean to say that you want her to openly be a girl?" the 'kitsune' murmured.
"Obviously. It is her gender, and if she's going to attend classes, their shouldn't be any subterfuge on her part. She's already shown that she can keep up with the rest of the student body. I see no reason to not allow her to continue as such... so long as she's properly dressed."
"Otherwise she can't come to school."
"I'll have to have her escorted from the campus," the administrator reluctantly admitted.
"No other way?"
"Of course not. Think about it. Honestly, how did she expect to keep it a secret when she'd have to use the male locker room for physical education?"
"I'm sure that she'd find some way around it," Sumire said under her breath, and wished that she'd not overplayed her hand in this. Now it was going to cause problems for Ukyo, and she hadn't quite wanted that. It would suit her purposes though, as it would force the delectable young treat into a more feminine role.
Still, it would be nice to see how those lovely legs looked in an above the knee skirt, while
