Yggdrasil had taken the information, processed it, discovered that the Great Will had spoken, and so flagged it as a request for a more limited power. The forces to take the Great Will from the current wielder were in motion, but as the paperwork hadn't been filed...
Ranma Saotome became the god. Second class. Limited license. Though he'd be able to get a better deal if he proved himself.
