Nodoka was sitting in her family room entertaining company when the phone started to ring. Picking up the phone Nodoka said, "Hello this is Nodoka Saotome who is calling?"
Nabiki on the other line said, "hi Auntie Nodoka this is Nabiki. I'm calling to tell you that my sisters and I have a little situation on our hands. We've just gotten some information about Ranma and it seems that he will be arriving in Tokyo sometime in the next few hours. Unfortunately, your significant blubber and my father have come up with this crazy idea to have Ranma marry either me or my sisters. Usa has already been informed and my sisters are currently working out plans while I make the rounds alerting all important parties."
Nodoka narrowed her eyes and she then said, "Thanks for notifying me Nabiki. Just so you know, I don't hold your father's ill-advised actions against either your or your sisters. Also I will be heading over to help you handle this situation and I will be bringing backup. " Ending the phone call Nodoka turned to her guests and said, "Sorry about that but it seems that some trouble is developing for Ranma and Usa and Genma has a part in the trouble."
Sitting on the couch across from Nodoka was Neo-Queen Serenity and Neo-King Endymion. Usa's parents were in the 20th century so they could visit Usa or so they claimed. As cover story the king and queen of Crystal Tokyo had created the background profiles of Serenity and Endymion Shields. So far Nodoka and Setsuna were the only ones in the 20th century to know about the royal couple's presence in the past.
Neo-Queen Serenity placed her tea cup down on the coffee table and said, "It's alright Nodoka. Nether I nor my husband Endymion hold Genma's actions against you or Ranma. Actually I find your son, while a little ruff around the edges, to be a wonderful son-in-law. He's certainly better then those pompous princes and noblemen that had tried to catch princess Serenity and never bothered to learn about Usa. Now let's get moving to the Tendo house."
