There were four ways that Genma dealt with any sort of problem that came his way. Denial, blaming Ranma, trying to weasel out of it, and running away were all methods of his for dealing with situations that were not in his favor. Being faced with some of his past mistakes come to haunt him, he tried to pick one to do. Wealing ou of it wouldn't work since he'd already tried that. He would try to blame it on Ranma, but the only problem was that the boy hadn't been with him when he'd first... met the German chef. Denial wouldn't work with those who had tracked him down, and in the case of the damn Meiou woman, had documentation.

That left him with only one option, and it wasn't to take account for his actions.

"Saotome! Where Are you going?!"

"You haff no vay of escaping justice!"

"I demand that you return and pay for what you have done!"

Genma completely ignored them, as it was clear that staying was not going to be good for his health. Especially if Nodoka found out what he had done. He had heard that Okinawa was nice this time of year...

Soun watched his old friend run like his bottom was on fire, leaving the Tendo Patriarch to face the music alone. Near him, he could tell that there were some not so happy people trying to make a decision as to what to do.
