Ranma knew how to live off the land and had a lot of chaos in his life.

Rei by herself would be easily tracked. They knew her, knew her habits and tendencies, they knew how she thought. They knew where she'd run.

Ranma had done lousy at English. Rei was likewise not good at the language. In Ranma's case, however, his grades had been poor because he was sleeping in class all the time. Genma had hated American food, but there had been that trip to learn certain esoteric martial arts techniques. (And because they had been persona non grata in Korea at the time.)

Going to America was therefore not considered by any of those converted who were looking for logical manuevers based on incomplete data. Garbage In, Garbage Out.

The roboharem of Usagi decided to recruit a few more individuals that could act as their agents without alerting Usagi to the plans they needed to make for her own good.

If some of Usagi's non-Sailor friends were brought in, that would be for the better, right? Except that Usagi would likely not appreciate it and order them to stop.

So it would have to be people Usagi did not know and therefore would not ask about.

Usagi Tsukino wasn't questioning anything right now, she was getting three RoboSenshi whose only active directive was her pleasure at the moment. She'd be happier that way.

So the harem's collective mind decided to recruit:
