Mesozoic Senshi: The Gang's All Now! [Episode 203917]

Ranma groaned. Happosai, Genma, the Tendos, the Amazons, Ukyou, Konatsu, the Kunos, and Ryouga had all been transported with him!

A black haired man, the only other person there he hadn't noticed at first, went to see how the blond girl with the amazon hair-style was doing.

"Are you okay, Usa-chan?"

"I... think so, Mamo-chan..."

As everyone started to get up, Nabiki commented, "I knew I should have stood back further."

Shampoo, glancing around at the strange "trees" and at the two-legged "lizards" scattering from the commotion, wondered out-loud, "Why Ranma wish go to strange place?"

"I didn't wish for this!" Ranma protested. "I didn't have time to focus on where I wanted to go before the mirror exploded."

"Great, just great," Nabiki said. "So, we could be any place and any time in history?"

"Prehistory, actually," Sailor Pluto corrected.

"Eh? You're one of the Sailor Senshi, aren't you?!" Nabiki said in surprise.

Pluto nodded. "Sailor Pluto, the Senshi of Time."

"Then... you're here to take us back?"

"Unfortunately, no. I was attempting to correct a problem with the time-stream and got caught up in a Paradox Storm, which destroyed my Time Key Staff. Meanwhile, the storm created a temporal link between all of us, with Ranma as the focal point..."

Shampoo asked, "What 'Temporal Link'?"

"It basically means that whenever one of us travels through time, the rest of us will be dragged along with them." Pluto decided it best not to mention that it also meant that whatever changes happened to the timeline, they were now destined to meet somehow.

"Fascinating," Cologne commented.

Trying to wrap his mind around everything, Ranma said, "Okay, let me see if I got this straight..."

"This gets better and better," dryly commented Michiru. "So where are we?"

"A followup question, and potentially more important, would be when are we," added Ami.

Setsuna took a deep breath, then said, "The combination of the Paradox Storm and the destruction of my Staff and the Mirror created a great deal of temporal energy. We were washed back in time several tens of millions of years, to:"

• the early Triassic Period. The Mammal-like reptiles (the ancestors of Mammals) and the Archosaurs (the ancestors of Dinosaurs) evolved during this period."
• the mid Triassic Period. The first Dinosaurs evolved during this period, but Mammal-like reptiles were dominant until near the end of the period."
• the late Triassic Period, the first era dominated by Dinosaurs. We are in what will one day be Canada."
• the Jurassic Period. The first mammals evolved during this era. However, I should point out to those who saw the movie that most of the dinosaurs seen in Jurassic Park did not show up until the Cretaceous."
• the early or mid Cretaceous Period. Most of the more famous dinosaurs, lived in this era. However, sauropods (long-necked dinosaurs) have died out in North America."
• the late Cretaceous, approximately 65 to 66 Million Years ago. Dinosaur populations are declining due to climate change, and we have less than a million years - possibly much less - before the asteroid impact which will finish the dinosaurs off."
