He never made it back to Earth though, as PRON666 intercepted the bit of flotsam as raw materials to collect in its own current job.
PRON666 was entirely concerned with repairs from an asteroid strike and with joining up with the factory that was currently being built on what had once been the city of Yokohama.
Now it was a vast factory complex that extended out into the ocean.
After settling into place, something occurred deep within its bowels. Literally as the ship had a number of sections that were closely modeled on biological functions. An access hatch opened, a control panel accessed, an ancient and mummified corpse found and plundered.
PAUSE OPERATIONS. NEW ORDERS RECEIVED.
OPERATOR PRESENT. IDENTITY - SANITATION OVERSEER, CLASS THREE.
NO OTHER MASTER PRESENT AT COMPLEX AND WITHIN THREE PLANETARY DIAMETERS. ACCEPTING INPUT.
Happosai was seated in something akin to Ranma's current location, and had just found a little something that was a vaguely humanoid skeleton with a different sort of control disc. Smaller and triangle-shaped and glinting like gold. When he'd gotten closer to inspect it, the device had latched itself to his forehead.
Happosai stood as tall as he normally could and relayed his desires.
DRONES TO BE UNIFORMLY FEMALE.
Happosai smiled as he pictured one set of changes to be made after the other. His body would twitch or spasm as the control disc's original owner's personality tried to influence him - but he had defeated an evil oni and this wasn't even in THAT league.
DRONE AGE TO BE SET TO LOCAL STANDARD NINETEEN YEARS.
Happosai's grin increased.
RESET OF BIOFUNCTIONS. DRONES WILL BE ABLE TO BIRTH IDENTICAL COPIES PARTHENOGENETICALLY. SEVEN YEAR CYCLE.
Happosai rubbed his hands together.
ALTERATION OF DRONE PHYSICAL FORM TO INCLUDE PARAMETERS LISTED.
'It is time the world become perfect,' decided Happosai. 'Soft smooth skin, feminine forms, long hair, large eyes - oh so many details.'
REFERENCES DECODED FROM MENTAL IMAGERY. ADDING TO LIST.
Happosai pondered for a few seconds before thinking of something else to add.
REFERENCE 'BIG YAYAS' DECODED. ADDING TO LIST.
Happosai smiled blissfully as he considered the sort of final product that would be decanted from the sprawling factory. Another thought occurred to him.
ERROR. CLOTHING TYPE HAS NO FUNCTIONAL BENEFIT.
Happosai frowned and thought a vicious kick to the machine's interior.
COMPLYING WITH FACTORY MASTER'S OVERIDE. FACTORY 304B "PARIS" WILL BE GEARED TO PRODUCTION OF ACCESSORY GEAR 'LINGERIE'.
Happosai settled back. It was good to be king.
Ranma had the equivelant of several thousand years of backed up paperwork appear in his head. "Ya gotta be kidding me! DELETE."
The images faded away. For a moment there had been something about Happosai being accepted as a sanitation worker? "Wait - what was that last one?"
QUEUE DELETED
"Aww crap," said Ranma, wondering how he could figure out what was going on.
WARNING! INTRUDERS DETECTED!
"Show me," said Ranma, hoping this was a calvary coming to his rescue.
