A western cartoon show he'd been able to see as a child.
Danny Phantom, it had intrigued him to no end how someone could be part GHOST.
So using the Great Will he copied all the powers 'Dark Danny' (without his evil nature) had as he had the most and powerfull abilities in the show and altered his new persona as to make sure no one could recognize him.
He kept the original Danny's costume but added Dark Dannny's cape, flame like hair (without the ponytail), fangs and eye color, removing the pupil and making it glow a fierce crimson to enhance the ghost image and intimadation factor.
To finish it he replaced the D insignia with an S and reversed the colors of the cape, making it black on the outside and white/silver on the inside.
Having done that he used the Great Will to look himself over and was disgusted at the mess his body was and immediately corrected it. His height shot up to a 6'9 and became a mountain of muscle, though not freakishly so and happily said goodbye to the Neko-ken, the curse and too many things too name.
Just in time as the Great Will was removed from him barely seconds after.
And so the Silver Phantom was born.
